One of the most bootlegged of The Clash White Riot Tour posters – But the original (of which this one is) is one of the rarest and most sought-after early Clash promo posters.
 
In May 1977, The Clash started their first ever UK tour. The White Riot tour was to promote their first LP which was released by CBS Records in April 77, On May 8th they played at the Electric Circus in Manchester, and this a one of the remaining few original promo posters for that gig - which also advertises the Clash 1st album release.
 
And this one is 100% original from 1977 – owned from 77 by a guy whose job it was to fly post these posters and other Bands gig posters around the various venues, back in the Seventies.
 
The dimensions of the actual poster size is 38.5” x 29.5” inches.
